Needed a web site for vacation rentals, lots of competition, so decided on applesurf.com. Check it out, take a trip. Come and glide on mountains of snow or water that are right in front of you. Applesurf Villas in Tortola and the Ski Club at Mt Snow.
Going thru photos of damages and conditions at Gilgo Beach due to Superstorm Sandy, organizing digital content more complicated that you would think. Ended up looking at my twitter feed with the photos from the 1st day we were able to get over to Gilgo Beach. Photos were small, think it was internet issues. So put together the slide below from up on Ocean Parkway at the east end of Gilgo Beach where the cut thru is / was / is.

freaking apple computer stopped supporting quicktime a year or so ago. the surf cam software we run generates the surf condition movies in that format. i am a mac guy, embarrassed concerning above.
bottom line, our movies stopped working on many computers and phones. jpeg still look good on all.
found mov files work on iphones, even latest release. hence the mobile site.
